Rainbow Willard is the founder of Willard Arbitration, where she acts as an independent arbitrator and counsel. Over the course of fifteen years, Rainbow has handled complex, international investment and commercial arbitrations in the mining, energy, oil and gas, and construction sectors in a wide range of jurisdictions.

She has trained in common, civil, and international law, and she regularly handles cases in Spanish and English. Rainbow previously practiced at leading firms in London and New York. Before becoming a lawyer, Rainbow was a linguist and worked on indigenous language development projects in Guatemala. She also is fluent in Kaqchikel Maya.
