Winnie Tam SC
Winnie is a Senior Counsel (Hong Kong Bar), an independent arbitrator and a renowned IP specialist barrister in the region. Winnie practises in both civil law (PRC law) and common law (HK/ English law). A delegate of the ICC Arbitration Commission, Winnie has served as the Co-Chair of Women-In-Arbitration and on the Appointments Committee of HKIAC. Winnie was Chairman of the Hong Kong Bar Association (2015-2017) and Recorder of the Court of First Instance of the High Court of HKSAR (2014-2023).
