Patricia Saiz
Patricia Saiz is an arbitrator with more than 20 years of experience in the field of law. As arbitrator and counsel, she has handled arbitrations under many of the major arbitral rules (such as ICSID, ICC, LCIA, UNCITRAL), in a broad range of sectors and under both the laws of civil and common law jurisdictions.
Prof. Saiz teaches at some of the world’s most prestigious law schools, such as the CIDS’s LL.M. in International Dispute Settlement (MIDS), Columbia Law School’s U.S. Business Law Academy and ESADE Law School. She is also a member of the International Court of Arbitration of the ICC, vice-chair of the IBA Arbitration Committee, and Chairman of the Scientific Committee of the Spanish and Ibero-American Arbitration Club.
