Emi Rowse (Igusa) is a partner in the Litigation and Arbitration team at Kudun and Partners, leading their Japan Practice.

With over 17 years of experience across Asia (HK, Tokyo and Bangkok), she specialises in complex commercial litigation, international arbitrations, and fraud investigations.

A Hong Kong qualified lawyer based in Bangkok, she is accredited as a mediator and is on the arbitration panels for THAC, HKIAC, and eBRAM.

Emi also holds a Masters in Counselling and offered mental health support to individuals across age groups as a counsellor between 2018 and 2022.
