Noradèle Radjai is a partner in the international arbitration team at LALIVE, specialising in commercial and investment arbitration in the energy, construction and telecommunications sectors. She also advises clients from the Middle East or in relation to contracts or projects in the Middle East.

Ms Radjai has acted as counsel, advocate and arbitrator in about 100 international arbitration proceedings, both ad hoc and institutional (under all the major institutional rules), governed by a variety of procedural and substantive laws.

Ms Radjai is a member of the Executive Board of the Institute for Transnational Arbitration (ITA), a member of the Executive Committee of the Board of ASA (Swiss Arbitration Association), former Vice-Chair of the IBA Arbitration Committee (as well as former co-chair of its Corporate Counsel Subcommittee), a member of the Pledge Steering Committee and the CPR European Advisory Board.

Prior to joining LALIVE, Ms Radjai practised international arbitration in London. She is fluent in both common and civil law, being qualified in Switzerland as well as a Solicitor-Advocate of the Senior Courts of England and Wales.
