Maxim Osadchiy
Maxim Osadchiy is a senior associate in the International Dispute Resolution Group at Debevoise & Plimpton. His practice focuses on complex investment treaty and commercial arbitration proceedings, often involving parties from the CIS, Asia and the Middle East.
Triple-qualified in England and Wales, New York, and Russia, he has experience of disputes in the energy, mining and pharmaceuticals sectors. He is recommended for international arbitration by The Legal 500 UK (2022-2024) and is recognised as a Future Leader in international arbitration by Who’s Who Legal (2024).
Alongside practice, he maintains a strong interest in academia and teaches a postgraduate course on energy disputes at Queen Mary University of London.
