Yoko Maeda has an active practice as counsel and arbitrator across a wide spectrum of matters from construction, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, energy, joint venture, distributorship, licensing, intellectual property, to sales of goods. She has represented and/or served as an arbitrator under the arbitration rules of AAA/ICDR, ICC, JCAA, KCAB, SIAC and VIAC.
