James Lawrence
James Lawrence is the Executive Director of the Blakely Advocacy Institute at the University of Houston Law Center. He is a mediator and arbitrator and consults internationally in Dispute Resolution (Trial, Arbitration, Mediation, Witness Preparation).
Mr. Lawrence also teaches with the National Institute for Trial Advocacy (USA), training advocates in depositions, trial, mediation, arbitration, and negotiation.
In addition to his law degree, he also possesses a Master’s Degree in Human Development and Psychological Counseling. He combines the two degrees to further his keen interest in the psychology of communication and persuasion.
