Prof. Andrés Jana
Andrés Jana is partner of Jana & Gil, Dispute Resolution. He is a lawyer, arbitrator and international expert in the resolution of commercial, investment and public international law disputes before the ICJ, ICSID, PCA, ICC, LCIA, AAA, SCC and others.
Andrés is Vice President of the International Court of Arbitration at the ICC, Chair of UNCITRAL’s Working Group II on Dispute Settlement, Member of the Governing Board of ICCA as well as Chair of its Judiciary Committee and member of the ICSID panel of arbitrators. He has been a professor of law at Universidad de Chile since 1997.
