Maanas Jain
Maanas is an English-qualified barrister in the London office of Paul Hastings. He has advised, represented, and conducted advocacy for corporations and States in numerous high-value commercial and investment treaty arbitrations in a broad range of sectors (including energy, finance, technology, and infrastructure).
He has extensive experience handling disputes involving States, as well as cases with an Indian connection. Maanas also advises and represents parties in arbitration-related court matters (including, most notably, in Halliburton v Chubb before the UK Supreme Court).
He is a former Young ICCA Co-Chair and is ranked as a "Rising Star" in all leading directories.
